Opskriften vi bruger er taget lidt herfra og lidt derfra og gjort til vores egen, for s\u00e5dan kan vi bedst lide dette sk\u00f8nne br\u00f8d. Br\u00f8det bages varmt i gryden, der er 250 grader, og det bliver s\u00e5 l\u00e6kkert spr\u00f8dt i skorpen og bl\u00f8dt og luftigt i krummen. Dejen skal st\u00e5 natten over med kun 5 gram g\u00e6r i sig, og det er super nemt lige at r\u00f8re sammen aftenen inden og derved f\u00e5 frisk br\u00f8d i weekenden eller som et l\u00e6kket madbr\u00f8d til en fyldig suppe.<br \/>\nDet er vigtigt at man bruger en gryde med l\u00e5g, der kan t\u00e5le s\u00e5 h\u00f8je varmegrader fx en stent\u00f8jsgryde.<\/p>\n<p>Herefter er det bare at g\u00e5 igang, for det er S\u00c5 nemt at f\u00e5 denne l\u00e6kre\u00a0br\u00f8doplevelse.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300\u00a0ml vand<\/li>\n<li>200 ml k\u00e6rnem\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>5 gram \u00f8ko g\u00e6r<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk honning<\/li>\n<li>1 dl sigtet \u00f8ko \u00f8landshvede<\/li>\n<li>1 dl fuldkorns \u00f8ko \u00f8landshvede<\/li>\n<li>7 dl \u00f8ko hvedemel<\/li>\n<li>1 dl forskellige kerner og fr\u00f8 efter smag. fx Solsikkekerner, gr\u00e6skarkerner, chiafr\u00f8, sesamfr\u00f8 osv.<br \/>\nBruges br\u00f8det som madbr\u00f8d kan der med fordel tils\u00e6ttes groft salt og fx rosmarin p\u00e5 toppen.<\/p>\n<p>Tag en stor sk\u00e5l og h\u00e6ld vand og k\u00e6rnem\u00e6lk sammen, r\u00f8r g\u00e6ren ud heri, tils\u00e6t honning. De tre melsorter, fr\u00f8, kerner og salt blandes og tils\u00e6ttes under omr\u00f8ring, gerne i en r\u00f8remaskine hvis man har en s\u00e5dan, ellers m\u00e5 der noget muskelkraft til, for det g\u00f8r br\u00f8det s\u00e5 meget bedre. S\u00e6t film eller l\u00e5g over sk\u00e5len og lad den st\u00e5 p\u00e5 bordet 10-12 timer.<br \/>\nS\u00e6t gryden i ovnen med l\u00e5g og lad den varmen op sammen med ovnen til 250 grader.
